I found this to be quite effective. When I first experienced the symptoms like a sore throat and candida, taking this really helped restore my health. The sore throat did not develop into anything worse. I took it once or twice a day alongside Manuka honey, propolis, olive leaf extract, or sambucus, believing these natural remedies to be beneficial.
